Our History
In 1982, Tradewinds Aviation, Inc. was formed to take over a failing flight school. With a passion for excellence, our team upgraded the fleet, the staff, the processes and systems. Over the years, we grew the Tradewinds Aviation Pilot Center into a top-flight operation and the largest provider in Southeast Michigan. We also created the exclusive Pinnacle Club Aircraft Partnerships program, offering a fractional share program for the owner-flown pilot.
Although we are extremely proud of our achievements in the Pilot Center Operations, as of Fall 2007, we have divested this part of our business. With this move, we will also discontinue our use of the name Tradewinds Pilot Center. The new name we have chosen to replace Tradewinds Aviation, Inc. is Corporate Eagle Management Services, Inc.
Without changes in ownership, management or staff, our Corporate Eagle Flight Department, as you have come to know it, has become Corporate Eagle Management Services, Inc., and will be marketed under the Corporate Eagle Companies identity. With this change, our experienced and dedicated team has brought its laser-like focus to providing the finest services ever for our King Air and Hawker partnership program.
We are also very excited to announce that Corporate Eagle Management Services is building a satellite facility at the St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport in an effort to better service the Florida travel requirements of our members, as well as enabling us to grow our presence in the Tampa Bay Area market.
You will no doubt become aware of changes in our look and presentation – updates and improvements reflecting our new vision for the future. However, please be assured that the same dedicated team you have come to rely on will be even more committed to providing industry-leading services – beyond your expectations.
